Renovation from the inside? Without laborious chiselling and ripping out pipes? Without clearing whole living quarters or work areas? Without weeks of construction including heating interruptions, relocations, construction noise and high total costs? How is that supposed to work?

The solution is called the HAT System: the pipes due for renovation are cleaned from the inside using special equipment, dried and then recoated. This is all done in the shortest time, with a minimum of noise and dirt emissions: about ten times faster than replacing an entire system. And much cheaper. Using the detailed information gathered in the condition analysis – if it is not too late – a meticulous inner cleaning procedure is performed first. Then we remove dirt residues and incrustations gently and without chemicals by “fine-sanding” the inside of the pipes. During all this, you can generally continue to use and live in your rooms.

If your underfloor heating already has 15 or 20 years under its belt, a condition analysis is definitely worthwhile. It only costs a little but brings immediate clarity. In a few hours and without structural interference, we use our mobile laboratory to measure all the main parameters in the heating water.
